It all started when...
I tripped and fell face first in my first production: a rendition of "Alexander's Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day" at Immanuel Drama Camp in a small town in northern Illinois.
Born in Chicago and raised in the 'burbs of the Midwest, I'm a fan of small towns, road trips and cheese curds. I traded in cornfields for the big apple in the Fall of 2012 when I began at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, majoring in Drama and minoring in Applied Theatre and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies.
Studying at the Experimental Theatre Wing, I had the pleasure of working under teachers that taught me the power of ensemble work and showed me how feasible and rewarding devised theatre can be.
I also love writing, (check out the Poetry tab above!) stand-up/improv comedy and eating spaghetti with my bare hands (see above). Thanks for stopping by!
